Up one level

The annual AACL Family Conference is attended by hundreds of families from across Alberta. The conference is well recognized for its capacity to inspire families, sustain their hopes and dreams, illustrate promising practices and promote innovative possibilities for creating inclusive community lives for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Conferences feature, among other presentations and sessions, practical examples of the inclusion of individuals with developmental disabilities in the associational life of communities and strategies for supporting parents with developmental disabilities to raise their children at home.
